Please create a new event. To do this, you need to:
-the name should contain only letters (without accents).
-a short description of the event which will be available on the participants' inscription form.
-the dates - format dd/mm/YYYY when the event will take place, separated by semicolons.
-the reviewer list. Each reviewer-institution combination should be on a separate line and the reviewer
and her institution need to be separated by a semicolon. For the needs of further processing, each reviewer line needs to end with a = sign.
IMPORTANT: save the event description and the reviewer list in a separate file in order not to have to retype them in case there is a problem with the event creation!
